Renting a storage unit or parking space online is quick and straightforward! Go to "Unit Sizes & Prices" or click any Rent Now/Reserve Now button, select your desired unit size, and click the "Select This Unit" button. You'll then enter your move-in date, personal details, and credit/debit card information to finalize the process. An electronic signature for the rental agreement is required. Be sure to note your unit or space number and gate code from the first page of the agreement. If you select a same-day move-in, you can access your unit immediately. A copy of your signed rental agreement will be emailed to you.
To complete the rental agreement online, you must provide your full name, address, mobile phone number, and email address. If you're renting on behalf of a business, include your business name along with the above information.
Renting at our on-site kiosk is quick and easy! Just follow the prompts as a new customer, and the kiosk will guide you through the leasing process. It accepts all major credit cards, as well as cash or checks. You can also purchase a disc lock during the rental process. After payment and e-signing the rental agreement, you'll receive a printed receipt with your unit address and gate code. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the gate code to activate before attempting entry. If you need assistance, simply click the help button for live support. A driver's license is required to rent from the kiosk.
Your gate code will be displayed at the top of the first page of your rental agreement. Make sure to note it along with your unit number when e-signing the agreement. You will also receive email confirmation.
No! We offer flexible month-to-month rentals.
Yes, you must give us a fifteen (15) day notice before the last day of the month in which you plan to vacate. We do not pro-rate rent for early moves. You can email your notice to wildcatstorage@proequity.com, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, unit address, and planned move-out date.
- Late Fee: $10 (Charged on the 6th of the month if rent is unpaid)
- Certificate of Mailing Fee: $5 (Charged on the 22nd of the month if rent is unpaid)
- Lock Removal Fee: $25 (Charged after 31 days of unpaid rent)
- Schedule Auction Fee: $75 (Charged after 33 days of unpaid rent)
- Cancel Auction Fee: $20 (To cancel an online storage auction)
Gate access is available from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week.

While we recommend bringing your own lock at move-in, disc locks are available for purchase at the kiosk during rental. You can only use one lock per unit, and we suggest a disc lock over a padlock for security.
You may not store explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, or animals. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX) for online and phone payments. You can also enroll in automatic payments. The on-site kiosk accepts checks, cash, all major credit cards, or ACH transfers from your bank account.
